The event will see 14 divisions take to the fields at the Regional Sports Stadium and Tuffins Lane precinct, being one of the biggest NTL events ever held in New South Wales.
After being played from Wednesday through to Saturday over the past couple of years, this year’s event will be held from Thursday, 8 March until Sunday, 11 March 2012.
After participating in the Elite Eight series in 2011, the best Open players in Australia will return to participate for their respective NTL entities at the event, which will provide plenty of exciting games.
The event kicks off what will be a big year of Touch Football in Port Macquarie, with the NTL in March, followed by the 2012 X-Blades National Youth Championships and State of Origin series in September.
The New South Wales Touch Association (NSWTA) State Cup will once again be held in Port Macquarie in December, while the NSWTA recently announced that Port Macquarie would also host the 2013-15 New South Wales Junior State Cup events, which are held in February annually.
